Spring fatigue (springtime lethargy) refers to the exhaustion that occurs as the seasons transition. Although it is not an official medical condition, it is considered a common phenomenon that can affect daily functioning.

Spring fatigue usually occurs during the transition from winter to spring. Therefore, vitamin deficiencies, lack of exercise and sunlight, as well as changes in diet are mainly considered to be the causes of spring fatigue. All this has an impact on a person's immunity.

Symptoms of spring fatigue are mental and physical exhaustion, irritability, mood swings, headaches and impaired concentration.
